Such was the situation in California when a man was arrested one afternoon on suspicion of drug intoxication.
The 41-year-old was leaving an adult book store late one afternoon when he was accosted by police. He was taken into custody. His vehicle was searched with the aid of a K-9 unit. The investigation is alleged to have turned up a duffel bag, which is said to have contained drug paraphernalia and more than 5 ounces of methamphetamine.
